Koskie Glavin Gordon is very pleased to announce that Leo McGrady Q.C., principal of McGrady & Company, will be joining Koskie Glavin Gordon as counsel effective Monday, April 2, 2018. As one of the senior members of the labour bar, Leo brings decades of experience as a labour and human rights practitioner representing trade unions and employees. Leo is also a very experienced civil litigator (specializing in defamation and class action matters) and appellate lawyer arguing cases in the superior and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada. Additionally, Leo has always complimented his practice with teaching (UBC Faculty of Law, Capilano University Labour Studies Program, and SFU Labour Studies). He is also an author of a variety of publications including on topics such as the impact of trade agreements on human rights and the law of organizing.
Leo will work from Koskie Glavin Gordon’s Vancouver offices and remotely from other locales in British Columbia.
