Koskie Glavin Gordon is pleased to announce that on June 1, 2015 Patricia Deol joined the firm as an associate specializing in labour and administrative law.

Since being called to the bar in 2000 Patty has spent the majority of her career practicing at a boutique labour law firm, where she advised clients in the public and private sector in both the federal and provincial jurisdictions.

She is committed to and passionate about advancing the interests and rights of workers, and has represented clients before various tribunals and courts, including the B.C. Labour Relations Board, Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal, as well as Provincial Court – Small Claims. In particular, Patty has extensive experience dealing with matters before the Canada Industrial Relations Board, as well as with all types of disability appeals (including internal appeals to insurance carriers, Workers’ Compensation Board and Canada Pension Plan appeals).

Outside of her legal practice, Patty is an accomplished athlete and has participated in a number of half marathons, marathons and an ultra-marathon.
