Dan joins us from another union-side labour law firm in Vancouver where he was generally retained by a mid-sized private sector union, and advised it on a wide variety of legal matters. Dan has appeared as counsel at the Provincial Court of British Columbia, labour arbitrations, and the Labour Relations Board of British Columbia. He is proud to serve unions and workers as an advocate for their rights, and we are happy to have him on the team.
